The racing kicks off at 2pm with the Open Maiden for horses and geldings two miles four furlongs sponsored by Stephen Scow. Raffa for the Kayley Jones yard could follow up on his second at Flete Park behind Jennys Layla when a mistake at the last may have lost him the race and the Christine Gray-trained All But Grey has hints of ability when second at Ston Eston behind Blue Button and the yard is inform having saddled Gingers Reflection to win at Upcott Cross last weekend.

Roberts Of Trevarthen sponsor the Club Members race, in which Checkerboard could follow up on his Mens Open win at Wadebridge for jockey Robbie Henderson and then scored a second behind the Barber-trained Flanshan at Stafford Cross.
