The course inspection at 9.30 is to see if there needs to be any changes to the course.

Phil Kennen has been to the course this morning and it’s standing up to the conditions very well after all yesterday’s rain, it would be mostly Soft with Good to Soft at fence 8 and up the hill through Finish.
Wednesday 30th December
From Nicholas Phillips via Facebook
Just to bring the NCH P2P helpers up to date, I rolled the course on Monday but didn’t dare to reverse right up to each fence as I usually do for fear of making a mess, so we need to have another treading-in session just around each fence. If anyone can spare an hour at 11am on Sunday that would be great. If anyone can spare longer, we will also be repairing the fences and moving the bends. If you can bring a short garden fork with you to help lift the divots, that would be great – it seemed to work quite well on Monday.
Please share – the more that come, the easier it is.
Thanks, Nick.
Monday 28th December
Treading in was done on Monday after racing, the forking definitely needed a bigger team!!, so with a strong drying wind and a smidgen of sunshine a dash was made for the tractor and rollers which did a marvellous job!!!
Going would be soft, good to soft in places.
Rails and hurdles will be moved to give fresh ground round the bends and down the hill.
Two stooges gardening at Wadebridge Race course, experimenting on suggestion by Mrs Harriet Graham, Clerk of Course at Mussleborough, funnily enough it works!!
